Hi everyone!
The big day is finally here, Magusha officially begins shipping tomorrow morning!
We are heading to the warehouse tomorrow to kick off the first wave of fulfillment. We’ve got the boxes, the mailers, and the games ready to go.
CRUCIAL: Final Address Lockdown at 10:00 PM EST Tonight Because we are printing our first massive batch of labels tonight, we are locking all shipping addresses TODAY at 10:00 PM EST. * If you have moved recently: Please log into your backer portal right now and update your address before the 10:00 PM cutoff.
If you haven't filled out your survey: You can still do it! You'll just be part of a later shipping wave once your info is in.
Fulfillment Waves We are starting with Wave 1 tomorrow. The following waves will follow as soon as possible once we receive the remaining custom add-ons currently being finished at our print shop. We are moving as fast as we can to ensure every single backer gets their rewards!

Hi everyone,
Huge news! The Magusha game bundles have officially arrived at our warehouse in Philadelphia! We are now entering the final fulfillment phase.
Order Lockdown We have just triggered the 48-hour final notice to lock orders in BackerKit. You have 48 hours to make any final changes to your add-on selections.
Charging Cards On Wednesday, February 25, we will begin charging credit cards for shipping fees and any add-ons purchased through BackerKit. Please ensure your payment information is up to date.
What will the charge look like? To help you recognize the transaction on your bank statement, the charge will appear as: PREVIOUSLY PLUTO or BACKERKIT MAGUSHA (or similar, depending on your bank).
Fulfillment Status While the core games are in our hands, we are currently waiting for our local print house to finish the final Kickstarter rewards and add-ons (like variant cards and art books). As soon as those arrive at our warehouse, we will begin shipping out all copies immediately. We expect to begin the mailing process very soon and will provide another update the moment the first labels are printed!
Note on Addresses While your item selections are locking, you can still update your shipping address for a little while longer. We will give you a separate final notice before we lock addresses for label printing.

Magusha Shipping Update & New Year Check-In

Hi everyone,
Happy New Year! As we kick off 2026, we wanted to share a quick update on where Magusha: Clash of the Commanders is in the fulfillment process, along with a look at where we’ll be taking the game next.
Production Complete & Shipping Underway
We’re happy to confirm that mass production is complete and Magusha has officially entered the shipping phase.
The shipment has departed via ocean freight, with a current estimated arrival window at the U.S. port in mid-February. We’re coordinating with our customs broker and freight partners to ensure smooth clearance once it arrives.
At this stage, things move into a more hands-off portion of the process while the shipment is in transit. We’ll share another update once the shipment clears port and we have a clearer picture on final delivery timing.

Conventions & Events
We’ll be starting our 2026 convention season at PAX East in Boston, which will be our first major public showcase of Magusha this year. We’ll be running demos throughout the show, offering a limited number of convention-only extras, and spending time connecting with players and the broader tabletop community.

Hi everyone,
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and for those who stopped by to see us at PAX Unplugged, thank you! It meant the world to share Magusha with so many of you in person and hear your excitement firsthand.
Manufacturing Nears Completion
We’re now in the final stages of production. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working closely with our manufacturer to lock in every remaining asset. Here’s a quick summary of what’s finalized:
Final drawer box design
Four distinct faction tuckboxes with character names and back art
Adjusted punchboard layout for better cut alignment
Updated rulesheet and digital rules reference with QR code
Brightened pin artwork for improved print clarity
Mass production will begin shortly. The process was slightly delayed to ensure all print files were polished and accurate, but we’re still in a strong position.
Estimated delivery window: January to February 2026

First off, thank you so much for your patience and continued support since the campaign ended. We know it’s been a little while, but we’ve been hard at work, and today we’re excited to share some major updates with you!
New Render: Okrin vs. Wrexxar Box Art
We’re proud to show you a first look at the box render for the second commander bundle: Okrin vs. Wrexxar!
While this is a digital render, we’ve confirmed the final packaging will use a drawer box format for a sleek, easy-to-store design.
Backer Surveys Are Out!
If you haven’t completed your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible! This ensures we can gather your shipping info, add-ons, and any personalization (like name in the credits for certain tiers).

Final Files in Progress
