Magusha: Clash of the Commanders is officially funded, and it’s all thanks to you. From the very first pledge to the final moment of the campaign, your support made this project real. Whether you were drawn to the story, the strategy, or the world of Padun, we are truly grateful you’ve joined us on this journey.
We ended the campaign with over a hundred backers and a strong total that surpassed our funding goal. But more than numbers, this feels like the beginning of something bigger. You helped launch a new Afro-fantasy universe, and we’re excited to keep building it with you.
So, What Happens Next?
Now that the campaign has ended, we are shifting our focus to production and fulfillment. We want to give you a quick look at what’s coming.
Kickstarter is now processing all pledges. This takes about two weeks, and once that’s complete, they will transfer the funds to us. If your payment had any issues, Kickstarter will retry it automatically for the next several days. You can check and update your payment method by logging into your Kickstarter account. After this retry window ends, any unresolved pledges will be dropped.
While that is happening, we’ll be working with BackerKit to set up our pledge manager. This is where you’ll be able to confirm your order, select add-ons, update your shipping address, and even grab a few extras if you missed something. The setup process usually takes a couple of weeks on their end, and we’ll post an update as soon as surveys are ready to go out. You’ll receive a direct email invitation when the pledge manager opens.
In the background, we’re also coordinating with our manufacturing partners to begin pre-production. As soon as funds are released, we’ll be confirming our final counts and locking in timelines. We’ll keep you posted with updates as we move forward, including peeks at the production process and final assets.

Because of your belief, your shares, and your support, Magusha: Clash of the Commanders has officially reached its goal. This bold, Afro-Fantasy tactics game is becoming a reality, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have you on this journey with us.
Today is also Juneteenth, a day that carries deep meaning for us as creators. Magusha has always been about honoring culture, identity, and the power of imagination. It feels especially meaningful to celebrate this milestone on a day that represents freedom, resilience, and community.

Thank you all so much for the incredible support during our first week. We’re thrilled to share that Magusha: Clash of the Commanders is now 47% funded — and we’re well on our way to making this project a reality.

Magusha: Clash of the Commanders launched on Tuesday — and thanks to your early support, we’ve already passed the 30% mark toward our funding goal.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has backed, shared, and encouraged us during these first few days. Launching a new game is always intense, and your belief in Magusha means everything to the team.
